Sam Kilkenny, Director

EXPERIENCE
Sam has been a partner at Willis Partners since his arrival in January 2012. His accounting career began at a suburban Chartered Accounting practice whilst completing his University degree. After graduating, he began 18 months of travel, including 12 months working in London with the Bank of New York, as a Fund Accountant. On arrival back in Australia, Sam took up a position at Deloitte where he gained invaluable experience, whilst completing his studies to be a Chartered Accountant. Staying long enough to finalise his studies, Sam was keen to go out on his own and ran a successful practice for 18 months building a client list, before joining Willis Partners.

Sam enjoys working with SME’s and start-ups, and assisting in their growth. Decisions made in a company’s infancy can determine their ultimate success. Not only providing compliance services, but management accounting & advice, Sam also sits as a director on a number of his client’s company boards. Sam enjoys the relationships with his clients, and brings a personal touch to accounting.
